When you submit the contact form, booking form, or newsletter signup, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, phone number, email address, and the contents of your message or interest selection (buying, selling, renting, or exploring). We do not collect any information beyond what you choose to submit.
This site relies on two third-party services to operate. Neither service is used to sell or share your information for advertising purposes.
Formspree — processes form submissions (contact form, booking interest, newsletter signup) and delivers them by email. Formspree acts as our data processor for anything you submit through a form on this site. You can read Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Plausible Analytics — provides anonymous, privacy-friendly visitor analytics (e.g., which pages are visited, in aggregate). Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect or store any personally identifiable information about visitors. You can read Plausible's privacy policy at plausible.io/privacy.
Information submitted through the contact or booking forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Information submitted through the newsletter signup is used solely to send you the weekly newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link included in every issue. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party other than the processors listed above.
