Is it really free for me?
Yes. Apartment communities pay a referral fee when you lease through me, so my apartment-locating service is at no cost to you as a renter. You get the same — usually better — apartment, with someone in your corner.
Can you help if I'm moving from abroad or another state?
Absolutely — that's a lot of what I do. I tour apartments for you by live video, send clear notes on each one, and handle the application remotely so you can sign and move in without flying in first.
Which areas do you cover?
The Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — Dallas and the surrounding suburbs. Tell me where you'll be working or which community you want to be near, and I'll focus the search there.
Can you find a place near the Jewish community?
Yes — this is a specialty of mine. I help Israeli and Jewish families find a home within walking distance of the synagogue and inside the eruv, close to the community they want around them.
Do you speak Hebrew?
Yes. We can do everything in Hebrew or English — whatever's easier for you and your family.
