Building Your Portfolio in Dallas — From Anywhere
Whether you're investing from across the country or across the world, I help you buy with confidence and manage with ease — in English or Hebrew.
Your agent on the ground
Investing from a distance comes with real challenges — finding the right property, knowing the numbers actually work, and trusting someone to handle what you can't be there for. That's exactly what I handle for investors: the search, the analysis, and a trusted pair of hands on the ground.

Want me to run these numbers on a real Dallas property?
Estimates only — not financial, tax, or investment advice. Figures are illustrative, assume a 30-year loan, and exclude closing costs, maintenance, and capital expenses. Your actual returns will vary. All figures in USD.

FAQ
Investing From Abroad — Common Questions
Can I buy in Dallas if I live abroad?
Yes — many of my investor clients never set foot in Dallas before closing. I handle showings by live video, send you a clear summary on every property, and coordinate a fully remote closing.
Can a non-US resident get a mortgage?
Often, yes. There are lenders who specialize in foreign-national and non-resident investor loans, and I can introduce you. Many investors also buy in cash and refinance later.
What taxes should I plan for?
Texas has no state income tax, but property taxes are higher than many expect, and US rental income is taxable. Foreign sellers also face FIRPTA withholding at sale. I connect you with cross-border tax professionals — this isn't tax advice.
Should I buy through an LLC?
Many investors do, for liability protection and privacy. I can introduce you to attorneys who set these up for out-of-country buyers — again, not legal advice, just the right people.
Who manages the property after I buy?
I connect you with vetted property managers who handle tenants, rent, and maintenance — typically around 8–10% of monthly rent — so your investment runs without you being here.
How do I move funds from abroad to close?
Funds are wired into the title company's secure escrow ahead of closing. I coordinate the timing and paperwork with the title company while you work with your bank or an FX provider on the transfer — and I make sure everyone is talking to each other. (Not financial advice.)
Do you speak Hebrew?
Yes. I work with Israeli investors regularly — we can do everything in Hebrew or English, whatever's easier for you.
